Eligibility

You must earn your 10+2 diploma with physics and mathematics as your required subjects if you want to apply for admission to a diploma programme or an undergraduate programme. You must earn a relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum B+ grade or 75% in order to be admitted to a master’s degree or postgraduate diploma programme.

The IELTS prerequisites are as follows:

IELTS score for undergraduate or diploma programmes: 5.5 to 6.0

IELTS score of 6.5 required for graduate, postgraduate, or advanced diploma programmes

6.5-7.0 on the IELTS scale for a Ph.D.

You might be required to submit your GRE or SAT results in order to apply for graduate or undergraduate degrees in Canada. Most of the time, these scores are not required, but if you have already taken the test, it is helpful to keep them close at hand.

If required, the SAT scores are usually recorded between the 1200 and 1400 range. The ACT scores are within the 75%. And finally, the GRE score is between 305 and 315.

Admission to aeronautical engineering universities in Canada is available three times a year, in the fall, winter, and summer. In Canada, fall is the main admissions period for aircraft engineering.
