To help tell TC Global’s purposeful story across all content formats and mediums, to identify new opportunities and shape our content strategy for a next-gen consumer base of students, partner, and people community. You will be responsible for building and developing a scalable content marketing machine that will engage with our target audiences throughout their entire interaction and journey with us. The PC, will identify and develop content creation opportunities across channels and lead digital content experiments across mediums and platforms to help drive user growth, engagement, and defined platform metrics.

Build and execute the vision for content creation across all core content categories and digital platforms in line with organization vision and our evolving operating model. Master the stories and tone of voice of TC Global and apply our stories, values and future vision to leverage the most organic source of growth, customer-centricity. Apply analytics and hard metrics to build a consumer-focused content strategy that represents the voice of the consumer.

Be on the pulse of current social, geopolitical, cultural and economic trends and events to identify relevant storytelling opportunities for TC Global across defined content categories. Lead digital experiments, from lead campaigns to social engagement. Work with search and growth teams to identify opportunities for scalable user acquisition and experiences.

Drive strategy through customer insights and segmentation – Develop proprietary tools and approaches to help clients (universities) understand customer needs and behaviors and translate into content strategy. Leverage insights, marketing analytics, perform impactful analysis, develop actional-able segmentation and communicate recommendations that will form the future of content at TC Global.

Develop scalable processes for multimedia content creation in collaboration with other functional and business leaders. Design and execute a content strategy with a focus on both organic growth, multimedia, and virtual content. Align content creation with demand generation, product and LOB marketing, sales and events priorities

Attract, develop and lead a team of content marketers, offer technical mentorship to build phenomenal content that delivers great experiences to our community of users. Drive high quality, scalable and high-velocity production including blogs, website, email, SEO, video, stories, social, insights, and audio. Work across distinctive models of content creation, from internal teams to a global freelance network and community members

Formulate content clusters with key business stakeholders that help increase traffic and enhance our user engagement metrics. Identify and maximize opportunities in improving conversions and decisions across the consumer journey, and champion experiences at all key touchpoints. Work tactfully with strategy and marketing teams to identify keywords that enable content creation that targets identified segments and personas.

Lead communication automation initiatives for complex consumer interactions and develop multimedia content generation capabilities. Establish user interactions and content that delivers strong lead generation and user engagement goals via combining our platform ecosystem with new-age retail and experience centers

Develop information architectures, content models, wireframes and business rules for meaningful content experiences for our community of users. Design a roadmap to put TC Global as a leading player in the content space.

Develop metrics to understand our relative positioning to peers and other market leaders, while consistently measuring the impact of their competitor blogs, social content, web content, and email campaigns.

Requirements

Education: MBA or Masters’ with Marketing, Technology, Communication, Consumer Behaviour or Psychology; International education would be preferred

Experience:10-14 years’ relevant experience

Skills:

Customer centric, with sound understanding of what makes good stories

Self-starter, with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of projects

Passion for storytelling

Strong leadership skills with organisational and planning capabilities

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
