Responsibilities

Understand & update information on higher education, career opportunities and industry dynamics to drive best outcomes for students

Formulating/validating proper recommendations for our students backed by data and research

Build competencies to help students formulate a comprehensive admission strategy that best articulates student objectives and desired outcomes

Develop a understanding of core markets with a focus on higher education, regulatory policy, economic structures and industry dynamics

forward

Acquire knowledge of student, university and country segments

forward

Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey, e.g. application, visa

forward

Revenue generation based on the assigned portfolio

Requirements

Education: Postgraduate in any discipline(international education would be preferred)

Experience:1-2 years’ experience in managing customer relationships in a high-performance B2C service environment; Candidates with international education and no work experience would also be eligible.
