Conceptualise and execute multiple strategic initiatives. Operationalise critical strategic initiatives, conceptualising solutions for business challenges (both individually and with leadership) and supporting a cross-functional change initiative.

Responsibilities

Individually or jointly drive high-impact projects that will enable the organisation to meet its strategic growth objectives

Conducting external business research and information gathering; Synthesising research data into business insights

forward

Creating high-quality presentations/reports for both internal and external stakeholders

forward

Monitor and influence the business to achieve KPI’s of our growth programs; tackle ambiguous and complex analytical problems, requiring analysis beyond what’s necessary for day-to-day operations

Developing a strong working relationship with stakeholders across the organisation to support the timely closure of the projects.

Identify opportunities for process improvement across the value chain and organisational functions. Work with the team/executive leadership to conceptualise solutions for the process improvement

Requirements

Education: MBA (or equivalent) from a tier 1 institute; International education would be preferred

Experience:2-5 years in a research/consulting firm OR in a similar role in any other industry; 6-12 months experience of managing projects independently

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflow

Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner

High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Very strong knowledge of MS Excel

Exceptional communication skills
