Play a crucial role in customer acquisition and client servicing process. Be the customer service specialist who is accountable for high-quality client interactions in line with the core values and purposes of the organisation. Be the first point of contact for the clients, facilitating client relationships by engaging our user base through the appropriate and available platforms in the business (voice, chat, email, etc.).

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for clients (inbound or outbound) leveraging different platforms (voice, chat, etc.)

Understand the goals, objectives, competencies, academic credentials, experience and future vision of the student(s)

Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives

Provide preliminary guidance to the student over phone/email regarding countries, the area of study and universities using appropriate tools backed by data and research.

Support students on administrative requirements concerning higher education admissions, application and visa management

Assisting teams in the value chain and across business functions in managing and executing relationships over the phone and online

Develop deep insight and exposure into countries, areas of study and businesses

forward

Study and manage the inflow of data for identification of opportunity and influencing decisions

Regularly attend in-house Learning & Development sessions and external seminars to improve knowledge/performance level and facilitate career growth
