Responsibilities

Collaborate with core leaders and members to build a content strategy for TC Global’s social presence

Build a posting schedule and be an innovative creator of multimedia platform-specific content services from text to stories, graphics, and video!

Study emerging social trends, effective mediums, and modes of Gen Z and millennial engagement, and measure adoption via clear social media metrics and analytics

forward

Apply brand tone of voice, adapted to platforms and relevant audiences and create awe-inspiring captions that speaks directly to our consumer base and creates meaningful engagement

Leverage design software, create images, graphics, curate photos, and videos, and production of mobile-optimized stories for Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram, to help grow TC Global’s influence and engagement on social

Be data-driven, dig into established social metrics, analyze and formulate actionable insights including macro data on lead generation, social reach and micro-data including social experiments on brand and content positioning.

Test new strategies, types of content, methods of engagement, and campaigns. Acquire skills in running advanced experiments, deploy social analytics and refine social strategy.

Keep track of leading industry trends, insights, best practices, emerging opportunities, and scan the social environment for key strategic changes across platforms.

Respond proactively to shifts in social trends and be a tactful news-hacker and storyteller, capitalizing on new stories, trends, and hashtags. Manage social risk and brand reputation skilfully.

Be the traffic director, and the voice of our community, engaging with consumers and stakeholders at different points of their journey, understanding questions, comments, and engagement from consumers on social, and providing a course of action and solution.

Requirements

Education: BA/MA in Digital, Social, Communication, Psychology is ideal; International education would be preferred

Experience:3-6 years experience in growing community platforms on social

Skills:

Customer centric, with sound understanding of what makes good stories

Self-starter, with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of projects

Passion for social media management

Strong leadership skills with organisational and planning capabilities

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
