Work in a broad capacity to support the team in managing and executing transactions on behalf of our clients. Responsible for leadership of the relationship management team to develop and deliver high impact high-performance culture.


Responsible for a broad work stream where you will develop strategies and a structured approach to leading and developing high performance teams

Process Management & Optimisation:  Ensure the branch follows the client-centric processes. Actively provide inputs of ways to increase the client centricity of the business processes. Maintaining the benchmarks by attaining revenue targets and other operational metrics

Talent & Performance Management:  Instil a team-based and collaborative culture that builds long-term capability and inspires high accountability, coordination and synergy between people and functions at all levels.

Learning & Development:  Being an agent of change and inspiration to put in place robust learning & development programs designed to equip our people to align their goals and objectives with that of the firm and its core values


Manage projects with high ownership in tracking performance metrics, handling complex analysis and preparing reports and communication to provide intelligence to the team leadership in delivering impactful solutions to students and clients


Education:Postgraduate in any discipline; International education would be preferred


Experience: 4-7 years’ overall experience in managing customer relationships; with at least 2-3 years’ experience in managing small-mid size B2C business operations



Strong leadership skills with organisational and planning capabilities

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and grow

Ability to critically analyse information and drive data-driven decision making
