Sourcing & Screening

Partnering with business owners to determine the hiring requirements

Design and job descriptions to reflect the roles accurately and to attract the right talent

Source candidate CVs from various online platforms

Screening resumes to ensure fitment with the roles

Design recruiting emails to attract candidates who may not be actively seeking opportunities

Selection

Interview candidates, explain the role and expectations in adequate depth

Administering the required assessments

Performing reference and background checks

Making recommendations to business managers; Coordinate interviews with them

Following up on the interview feedbacks

On-boarding

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Reporting

Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, new attrition etc.
