Conceptualise and execute multiple strategic initiatives. Operationalise critical strategic initiatives, conceptualising solutions for business challenges (both individually and with leadership) and supporting a cross-functional change initiative.
Individually or jointly drive high-impact projects that will enable the organisation to meet its strategic growth objectives
Conducting external business research and information gathering; Synthesising research data into business insights
Creating high-quality presentations/reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and influence the business to achieve KPI’s of our growth programs; tackle ambiguous and complex analytical problems, requiring analysis beyond what’s necessary for day-to-day operations
Developing a strong working relationship with stakeholders across the organisation to support the timely closure of the projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement across the value chain and organisational functions. Work with the team/executive leadership to conceptualise solutions for the process improvement
