BRIEF ROLE SUMMARY

The applications team serves a critical function in the journey of the student towards global education. The members of the application management teams are required to facilitate client relationships through completion of applications on behalf of students with the highest quality standards set internally in line with industry-leading compliance.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take the lead on working with Relationship Management teams to encourage students to plan, organise and coordinate their applications across all courses, universities and countries.
  • Carry out detailed planning sessions with students to provide them with a thorough review of documents, university requirements, essays preparation, and overall execution.
  • Manage applications in coordination with Relationship Management teams, students, and follow clear approval channels to execute applications.
  • Collect documentation and process applications at speed; Review and organise document checklists for students applying to higher education markets and ensure comprehensive due diligence to build robust profiles for acceptance purposes.

EDUCATION

  • Education not a constraint

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferable
  • Candidates with no experience can also apply

SKILLS

  • Process orientation with extremely great attention to detail
  • Result-oriented and able to work under deadline pressure
  • Excellent communication skills especially written English skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with passion towards interacting with people
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Target oriented and a team player
